Official unboxing of Nike Fuel Band on day 1 of launch (22nd February 2012).Price: $150Bought from nikefuel.comI had bought the original Nike+ on day 1 back in 2006 and fell in love with it.Guess I'm continuing the tradition.Am pumped about the Fuel Band. Unboxing was a very "Apple" like experience.Except for a few issues (Snow Leopard vs. Lion).Nike Running customer support wasn't much help but fortunately got it figured out otherwise.Check out updates on the experience on twitter @raqibThanks for watching!

Apr 20, 2012 - Yes, if you make the motion, it will count. No point in cheating though. However because of this, it's not the most accurate, it may be off for a 100 steps throughout the day. Not an issue at all for some people, others may hate that. Personally I just use it to make sure I am active enough, not necessarily to precisely measure everything.

Apr 22, 2012 - im left handed, would it make a difference if i wore it on my right hand? PLEASE LET ME KNOWWW. :)
RaqibSheikh says:
Apr 23, 2012 - nope makes no difference. you can change the setting from your phone or pc to indicate which you wear it on but that's more for how the numbers are displayed.
RaqibSheikh says:
Apr 23, 2012 - as djlowtek said it's not super accurate but gives you a good general sense of that day's activity.
RaqibSheikh says:
Apr 23, 2012 - yea it's been really annoying. have you tried syncing through a smartphone? that might be another option. the other is to try another computer entirely.

Apr 25, 2012 - It is exactly what you described. Its a glorified Pedometer. However, I find it stylish as a watch. Makes for a great gift imho.
